MARA
This initiative involved the training of 5,000 mothers across Peddapalli, Sangareddy, Mahabubnagar, and Wanaparthy districts to provide care and therapy to children with developmental delays and disabilities. The training aimed to empower mothers with the knowledge and skills to support the development of their children and promote early intervention for better outcomes.
SDRC
The Sahara Disability Rehabilitation Centre (SDRC) was established as a residential rehabilitation program for individuals suffering from stroke and various disabilities. The program focused on providing intensive therapy, medical care, and social integration for people living with disabilities, enhancing their independence and quality of life.

Arogya M Doctor on Wheels initiative, Sahara completed 500 health outreach mobile medical camps in Doda, Kathua, and Udhampur Districts in Jammu & Kashmir, reaching over 5 lakh people across 1,500 villages. The program offered free medical consultations, screenings, and treatments to rural and underserved communities, bringing healthcare to areas with limited access to medical facilities.
PRC
Primary Rehabilitation Centre is rehabilitation services provision center to provide Physiotherapy, Speech therapy, Behaviour Therapy and Occupational Therapy for the children with developmental disorders, persons with Disabilities and senior citizens.
In Telangana state , Sahara is operating 2 PRC s one in the head office of the Sahara in Sangareddy and another at the Sishu vihar in collaboration with Women and Child welfare department of government of Telangana.
