ASIDAR-Project Walk again (Affordable Surgical and Inclusive Disability Aid & Rehabilitation) is a compassionate, non-profit healthcare initiative launched by the Sahara Health and Development Society to ensure affordable surgical care and rehabilitation for society’s most vulnerable populations.
This program is designed to support:

- Persons with disabilities
- Senior citizens

ASIDAR aims to reduce the financial burden of essential surgical care and prevent further economic distress among underserved communities. The program facilitates access to non-emergency surgical procedures at highly subsidized rates, with a focus on dignity, inclusion, and recovery.
Minimal cost covers only essential medical components, such as:
- Surgical team charges
- Pharmacy and laboratory fees
- Oxygen and consumables
Completely free services include:
- Room charges
- Nursing services
- Duty doctor consultations
- ICU bed (if required)
Surgeries covered under ASIDAR include (but are not limited to):
- Spinal surgeries
- Gastric surgeries (e.g., appendectomy)
- Urological procedures (e.g., kidney or gall bladder stone removal)
